TAXES

NOLESSTORE.COM shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for customers who ordered within the state of Florida.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, NOLESSTORE.COM shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. NOLESSTORE.COM shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and YOUR credit card charged. If YOUR credit card has already been charged for the purchase and YOUR order is canceled, NOLESSTORE.COM shall immediately issue a credit to YOUR credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

COLORS

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the NOLESSTORE.COM Website. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

The arbitration shall be conducted in Tallahassee, Florida and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof. Either YOU or DIGISCRIBE may seek any interim or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Tallahassee, Florida necessary to protect the rights or property of YOU or DIGISCRIBE pending the completion of arbitration.
